What is the value of the conference for exhibitor?

The conference offers exhibitors a unique opportunity to showcase products and services to correctional professionals and decision-makers. This is an excellent platform to network, gain visibility and connect with potential clients.

Registration

How do I register as an exhibitor?

Exhibitors can register through the conference website. Please complete the vendor registration form and submit the necessary fees.

What is the exhibitor registration fee?

Exhibitor fees vary based on the package chosen (e.g., booth size, promotional options). Refer to the exhibitor registration page for specific pricing.

Are there any exhibitor discounts available?

Discounts may be available for early registration or for exhibitors purchasing multiple booths. Check the website for details.

Booth Information

What does the exhibitor booth include?

Each booth includes a table, chairs, and access to electricity. Additional promotional opportunities and sponsorship packages may be available.

What are the booth dimensions?

Standard booth sizes are 8ft with one 6ft table. Custom arrangements can be discussed upon request.

When can exhibitor set up their booths?

Exhibitor may set up their booths on Wednesday June 4th. All booths should be ready by the start of the conference.

Conference Schedule

What is the schedule for exhibitor activities?

Exhibitor are encouraged to attend all conference sessions and networking events. A detailed schedule will be provided upon registration.

Is there a specific time for exhibitor showcases?

There will be designated times for attendees to visit exhibitor booths, which will be highlighted in the conference agenda.

Golf Tournament

Is there a golf tournament during the conference?

Yes, a golf tournament is scheduled for June 3. It’s a great opportunity for networking and relaxation.

How can I register for the golf tournament?

Registration for the golf tournament can be completed during the conference registration process or on the conference website.

What are the details of the golf tournament?

The tournament will take place at River Run Golf Course.  Prizes will be awarded for various categories, and all skill levels are welcome.

Sponsorship Oppportunities

What Sponsorship opportunities are available?

We offer flexible sponsorship options to suit your goals. You can choose to sponsor the entire conference or select specific events throughout the event. As a Conference Sponsor, you will receive maximum exposure and recognition across all conference activities, including prominent logo placement, verbal recognition, and exclusive access to high-profile networking opportunities.

To ensure your brand gets the attention it deserves, you can select from the following sponsorship levels:

  • Diamond Level: $10,000 and above
  • Platinum Level: $7,500 and above
  • Gold Level: $5,500 and above
  • Silver Level: $3,500 and above

Each level provides unique benefits, with higher sponsorship levels offering increased visibility and engagement with key decision-makers in the correctional administration field.

What sponsorship opportunities are available for specific events?

In addition to the full conference sponsorship, you can also sponsor specific events throughout the conference. Each event is priced starting at the following:

  • Opening Reception in Exhibitor Hall – Starting at $700
  • Awards Banquet – Starting at $3,500
  • President’s Reception – Starting at $1,000
  • Hospitality Suite – Evening Networking – Starting at $500
  • Networking Lunch in the Exhibition Hall – Starting at $2,500
  • Networking Continental Breakfast – Starting at $700
  • Challenge Coin and Patch Swap – Starting at $350
  • Seafood Buffet – Starting at $5,500
  • Exhibitor Door Prize Giveaways – Minimum suggested prize value, $50. Attendees must be present to win.

What are the benefits of sponsorship?

Sponsors of specific events who reach one of the conference-level sponsorship tiers will be recognized as such, receiving the additional visibility and benefits associated with the corresponding sponsorship level. For example, if you sponsor an event and your total sponsorship amount meets one of the conference-level thresholds, you will be acknowledged as a Diamond, Platinum, Gold, or Silver sponsor across all conference materials and activities.

Event sponsors will be recognized at their sponsored event through prominent logo placement, verbal recognition, and exclusive access to high-profile networking opportunities. The visibility and recognition you receive will be directly tied to the total amount of your sponsorship, with higher sponsorship levels offering more prominent placement and enhanced recognition.

By choosing either a full conference sponsorship or individual event sponsorship, you’ll gain valuable exposure and increase your brand’s presence among key decision-makers in the correctional administration community.

What advertising options are available in the conference booklet?

The Conference Booklet is standard 8 ½ x 11 inches. Advertising prices are as follows:

  • Front Inside Cover: $600
  • Back Inside Cover: $550
  • Back Outside Cover: $600
  • Full Page: $500
  • Half-Page: $425
  • Quarter-Page: $350
Will signage be provided for sponsors?

Yes, signage with vendor information and logos will be displayed for sponsored events.

How are event sponsors recognized?

Sponsors receive a variety of recognition opportunities depending on their sponsorship level. These benefits help ensure maximum visibility for your brand and engagement with attendees throughout the conference. Here’s how each level of sponsorship is recognized:

  • Diamond Sponsorship:
    • Recognition at the Awards Banquet
    • Participation in the Employee of the Year Awards Ceremony
    • Prominent logo placement on conference signage and conference materials
    • Recognition on the MCAA website
    • Meet and greet at the MCAA Executive Board Meeting
    • Opportunity to include your company’s literature and/or promotional material in the event pack given to all attendees
  • Platinum Sponsorship:
    • Recognition at the Awards Banquet
    • Prominent logo placement on conference signage and conference materials
    • Recognition on the MCAA website
    • Opportunity to include your company’s literature and/or promotional material in the event pack given to all attendees
  • Gold Sponsorship:
    • Recognition at the Awards Banquet
    • Logo placement on conference signage and conference materials
    • Recognition on the MCAA website
