General membership meetings are held at least four (4) times each calendar year.  Special meetings may be called at the discretion of the President.  The President calls an Executive Board meeting or special meetings at his/her discretion or when requested in writing, starting business to be acted upon, by six (6) or more members representing at least six (6) jurisdictions.

MCAA General Meetings begin at 9:30 AM and are held at the James N. Robey Public Safety Training Center.  Refreshments are served starting at 9 AM.
